Oxfordshire Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategy 2026–2028
Overview
We are asking for your views on the updated Oxfordshire Countywide Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategy 2026–2028. Homelessness across Oxfordshire continues to rise, and this strategy sets out how councils, health partners, voluntary organisations, and housing providers will work together to prevent homelessness, reduce rough sleeping, improve access to suitable accommodation and strengthen partnership working across housing, health, and social care.
This consultation gives residents, service users, frontline workers, and community organisations the opportunity to help shape the final strategy. Your feedback will help ensure our priorities, actions, and partnership arrangements reflect the needs of people across the county and support a more joined‑up and effective response to homelessness.
You can view the Oxfordshire Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy Refresh 2026–2028 at the bottom of this page.
If needed, you can also download a summary version of the strategy and an accessible version of the consultation questionnaire. These may help you complete the online survey.
