Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Action Plan

Overview

Oxford City Council is developing its new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy Action Plan.

Our aim is to help create a fairer Oxford where everyone has the opportunity to participate, contribute and thrive.

Over the past few years, we have worked with residents, communities and partners to improve inclusion, reduce inequalities and make our services more accessible.

We would now like to hear your views on:

• the progress we have made
• the areas we propose to focus on next
• whether you think these are the right priorities
• whether anything important is missing or needs more attention

Your feedback will help us finalise the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Action Plan 2027–2029.
