Cumulative Impact Assessment Review
To meet the requirements of Section 5A of the Licensing Act 2003, Oxford City Council is reviewing the current Cumulative Impact Assessment, which is required every three years. The Assessment is used as an evidence-based tool for the Licensing Authority to consider adoption of the Special Saturation Policy (SSP), which forms part of the Statement of Licensing Policy.
