Oxford Local Plan 2042 Regulation 18 (Preferred Options) Consultation
10. Site Allocations
A site allocation is a planning policy that describes what types of land use, or mix of uses, would be acceptable on a specific site, or protects the site for certain types of development. Site allocation policies are beneficial because they give guidance and certainty to developer and landowners, and they help local people understand what mayy happen in their neighbourhood in the future.
