Appointment of a Hackney Carriage Stand on Park End Street 

Section 63 Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 

Oxford City Council hereby gives notice that it intends to locate a new Hackney Carriage rank on Park End Street, Oxford under the provisions of the above statute. 

Location:- Park End Street, Oxford - north side, on the main carriageway, from the eastern corner of 4 Park End Street for a distance of 20 metres eastwards, to accommodate 4 vehicles. 

The rank will be accessible daily from 19.00 hours to 07.00 hours. 

Oxford City Council hereby also gives notice to remove the existing Hackney Carriage rank on the South side of Park End Street. 

Any person who wishes to make representations or raise objections to the proposal should write to Oxford City Council, Taxi Licensing, 109 St Aldates, Oxford, OX1 1DS or email licensing@oxford.gov.uk before 1 September 2022.
