Anti-Social Behaviour Policy Consultation
Overview
Oxford City Council believes that no one should suffer from anti-social behaviour (ASB).
As a responsible authority within the Oxford Safer Communities Partnership (OSCP), as defined by the Crime and Disorder Act 1998, the Council works with the police and other agencies to reduce crime and disorder in Oxford. We play a key role in both investigating and preventing ASB of all kinds.
As a landlord, the Council has a specific duty to respond to ASB affecting the properties we manage and to publish our Anti-Social Behaviour Policy. We also have the power to address anti-social behaviour in public areas and incidents involving non-tenants.
We are now consulting on the new 2025 – 2028 ASB Policy. We are keen to understand whether you have experienced ASB or environmental crime in the last 12 months, and if you reported it to anyone. Information collected will be used solely to develop this new policy.
All data provided is anonymised, stored securely, and will not be shared with external agencies.
Please do not include specific personal details or use this form to report incidents of ASB or environmental crime.
