The Anti-Social Behaviour, Police and Crime Act 2014 introduced new powers on the 20th October 2014 for dealing with local neighbourhood concerns. One of these new tools is the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) designed to improve public safety in a defined area.
Oxford City Council is consulting on a Public Spaces Protection Order in the city centre. We welcome the views of residents and visitors alike on the following public safety issues which are being considered for inclusion in the Order.
