Northern Gateway Area Action Plan Proposed Submission Consultation

We have now published our Proposed Submission Document for the Area Action Plan.

Oxford City Council is preparing a planning document called the Northern Gateway Area Action Plan (AAP).  The AAP will guide the future development and change at the Northern Gateway.  AAPs provide policies for a specific location and they are an important way of ensuring development of an appropriate scale, mix and quality for key sites.

The purpose of this consultation was to seek formal representations on the AAP policies.  The City Council invited comments on the soundness and legal compliance of the Northern Gateway Area Action Plan Proposed Submission Document, and on the accompanying documents, including a Sustainability Appraisal Report.

The documents are available to view on the City Council's website where progress on the next steps is being recorded.

The documents were also available for inspection during normal office hours at Oxford City Council offices and City Council Libraries.

Oxford City Council Offices, St. Aldate's Customer Services Centre, 109-113 St. Aldate's, Oxford, OX1 1DS.
