Community Infrastructure Levy - Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule

The City Council consulted on the Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule from 13th July to 24th August 2012. We have reviewed the responses received in the summer, and are currently considering any changes to the evidence supporting CIL to inform the next stage of CIL inOxford. Consultation on the Draft CIL Charging Schedule will take place in January 2013.

It is expected that the Government will publish new CIL Regulations in October 2012, which will also inform CIL’s next stage.
